Accessory Dwelling Units at City Planning Commission

Dear Stakeholders,
 
If you are following the issue of accessory dwelling units (ADUs) in the hillsides, you may like to attend the CPC hearing on this on Thursday.  The Planning Commission is now proposing
that ADUs be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
