Stephanie Savage

BABCNC board member since 2016, Stephanie’s interest in Planning and Land Use is a result of decades of her design and construction of hillside houses in Los Angeles. Her focus is for applicants to include all needed discretionary entitlements on planning applications and to plan for all construction impacts in the Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone neighborhoods within the boundaries of the BABCNC.

She communicates with other City Departments and Council Offices when she finds errors that impact neighborhood safety and/or missed entitlements. Missed discretionary entitlements cost the BABCNC neighborhoods and the City a lot more than just money.
