Ad Hoc Subcommittee on Proposed Wildlife District
Thanks for your interest in our committee.
A new draft of the ordinance was released on October 21. The Department of City Planning has made the following materials available for review:
- A revised version of the proposed Wildlife Ordinance
- The Staff Recommendation Report to CPC
- A Summary of the Ordinance and Revisions
The Subcommittee met on October 28, November 1 and November 2 to discuss and take a position on this new draft.

The Planning Department has announced two "Office Hours" events where they will provide information about changes in the ordinance. Here are times and links:
The BABCNC board has submitted a letter commenting on the Spring 2022 draft of the ordinance. You can find that letter here.

Agenda Requests
The Ad Hoc Subcommittee on Proposed Wildlife District conducts its business by reviewing and prioritizing agenda requests for Board action (generally either in the form of a motion or letter) or announcements submitted by stakeholders, governmental entities and other interested individuals and organizations. The Administrative Committee has the discretion to postpone an request, refer it to a specific committee for review and recommendation, treat it as an announcement or consider and resolve it as a non-Board administrative matter.
